At HipKids, we want your little ones to love their new outfits, which is why we offer a 30-day hassle-free return policy for all unworn items with original tags attached. If the fit isn't perfect or you change your mind, we are here to make the exchange or refund process as smooth as possible.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the unwashed and unworn clothing into the original shipping bag or a secure box, ensuring all original brand tags are still attached.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal, then securely affix it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package at any authorized courier location and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days of arrival.
